** Exchange or Store Credit Only **
- Sale Items and Accessories are non-exchangeable
- After 90 days, Local pickups will be returned for Store credit.
- All items will be under quality control before shipping. If there is an issue you can contact us.
- Any exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days after receipt.
- Exchanges can only be made through the online store.
- Return shipping is customer’s responsibility.
- Exchanged merchandise must have original tags, receipt, free of damage, make up, free of smell or any misuse.
- If an item is not returned properly, exchange or store credit will not qualify.
- B`Dazzled Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been shipped. You will receive a tracking number and then must follow up with UPS or USPS.
- Any defect must be emailed within 3 days with a picture. A defect cannot be from improper care. Colors may vary due to photography lighting. Clothing patterns may vary. This does not qualify as a defect.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return, you are responsible to call 765-221-9010 and pay a $5.00 return shipping fee.
- Non-returnable merchandise is held for 10 days only.
- Please allow us 7 – 10 days to process return credit. All returns are for store credit only, not exchanges. You must use your store credit to re-purchase the same or different item.
- Orders cannot be changed or canceled after checkout. Only one coupon per order. Please visit our contact page to send us information about a return.
